「所沢のタイソン」と呼ばれる久保広海氏（３８）に注目が集まっている。このたび自身の半生を振り返る「所沢のタイソン」（２７日発売＝東京キララ社）を出版。〝ステゴロ最強伝説〟を持つ久保氏をインタビューすると――。不良に憧れる少年たちに予想外のメッセージを送った。
現在、ユーチューブやＳＮＳでは「元」や「現役」のアウトローたちが数多く登場し、活況となっている。久保氏はまさに〝真打ち登場〟と言っていいだろう。１月にユーチューブチャンネル「街録ｃｈ」に後輩に頼まれ登場した回は、なんと再生回数１５０万回近くを記録。２か月前には自身のチャンネル「タイソンチャンネル」を開設し、本を出版することになった。発売前から話題沸騰で、大手通販サイトのランキング上位に入るほど。発売前に重版が決まった。
久保氏は地元・所沢では昔から有名だった。過去にも数多くのメディア出演オファーがあったが、全て断ってきた。それが今回、出ることになったのは、アメリカの刑務所に服役し、帰国してからはＮＰＯ法人を立ち上げたＫＥＩ氏の影響が大きい。
「ＫＥＩさんから本を出してみないかと言われて１回断ったんですけど、出すことによって変わるかもしれないからと説得されて。昔からケンカばっかして暴れてたんですけど、本を出してからはそういう気持ちが全くなくなりました」
保育園のころからケンカを始め、最終学歴は〝小卒〟。ケンカに明け暮れた人生だった。おおよそ３０００回のタイマンに臨み、敗北の２文字は知らない。格闘技団体の現役王者やアウトロー界の有名兄弟の弟などとも対決したが、全て拳で勝ってきた。
「ほぼワンパンで終わった。苦戦したのはチャンピオンとか数名しかいなかった」
所沢のタイソンというあだ名が付いたキッカケは「池袋で先輩３人と深刻な話をしていたら、外人がクスリを売りにきたんですよ。あっち行けと言ってるのにしつこくて１発殴ったら、４～５メートルくらい吹っ飛んじゃって。お前のパンチすごいな、マイク・タイソンみたいだなと」。
現在、日本各地に「○○のタイソン」が生まれるという珍現象も起きている。
ちなみにこの１発のパンチの威力が強すぎたせいで、久保氏も拳を骨折。「拳だけで９回骨折して、６回手術している。プレートとかボルトが入っているんで、冬はちょっと寒い」と笑った。
暴走族や組織に属したことはない。２０～３０代は建設関係の仕事をしつつ、街で大暴れした。揉めた暴力団の事務所に単身乗り込んだことも。逮捕されたのは主に傷害で１３回、懲役にも１回行った。
手の付けられない暴れ者だった久保氏が変わったのは、約３年前だ。それ以前から交流のあったＫＥＩ氏から「我慢」の２文字を叩き込まれ、ケンカから足を洗った。
さらにユーチューブなどで表に出るようになって「ちゃんとやらなきゃ」という責任感も生まれた。ただ武勇伝は日本中に知れ渡っており、最近はＳＮＳを通して中高生から多くのメッセージが届くという。そのほとんどが「どうやったらケンカが強くなりますか？」というものだ。
「その時に必ず返事するのは『ケンカなんか絶対にしない方がいいですよ』ということです。自分の経験から、ケンカなんて強くても、いいことなんて何一つなかったんで。キャバクラでちょっとモテるくらい。ケンカなんか弱い方が良かったといつも言ってるんです。自分は考えが変わるのに、この年までかかりましたけど。同じような道をたどってほしくないというか、俺みたいになんない方がいいと」
今後はグレている、グレかけている少年たちを正しい道に導くような活動をしていく意向だ。

Amazingly enough, the village looked as if it remained what it used to be a century ago. At the same time, I was puzzled by the lingering stares that the villagers, especially female ones, gave me.
After half an hour's stroll, I saw the man whom I had never expected to encounter in such a countryside―the Western man with eyes in the same colour as mine.
He seemed to have lost the vigour and sanity, and though about forty, he had something that reminded me of a man of senile dementia. He suddenly approached me and, looking around us to see if any other was watching, shouted,
"You'd better leave here right now. Beat it, or THEY will catch you! THEY are...EH-AHHHH!!"
I returned to the bus stop only to find that, by bad luck, the last bus had broken down and I was obliged to stay in an inn there. In the inn midnight, I was awakened by weird whispers behind the door.
The next moment, the door being broken open, there came three girls or four without any clothing into the room. And one of them screamed, "Fuck me!"
When, jumping down through the window, I was desperately fleeing the cursed village, fortunately, a lorry bound to Tottori picked me up. Even now I shiver to imagine that, if I had failed to escape, they might have made me a slave like as that white guy

新型コロナ下での実施を目指す今夏の東京五輪・パラリンピック大会で、滞在中の選手らに徹底した感染防止対策と、
厳しい行動管理が課される東京・中央区晴海の「選手村」に、アルコール類の持ち込みが禁止されていないことが２８日、
判明した。酒類の提供、販売はないが、最低限の選手同士の交流を尊重するというのが理由だ。
組織委担当者は「節度を持って行動してくれるはず」と選手らのマナーに期待しているが、感染防止の観点から
不安視する声も出てきた。
感染防止に外部との接触が完全に遮断される選手村で、なぜか「お酒はＯＫ」だということが判明した。
組織委の選手村担当者は、酒類に関し「組織委自らがお酒を提供することもなければ、村内での販売もない。
ただし持ち込みは可。祝勝会などの要望があればケータリングとして届けることもできる。理由としては、
選手村はもともとが異なった国の選手同士の交流の場なので」と説明した。
テロ防止の観点などから酒類を禁止した１２年ロンドン大会などの例もあり、ルールは大会ごとに異なるが、
今大会はコロナ禍という非常事態。外出禁止などの厳しい行動管理が敷かれ、違反者は資格剥奪（はくだつ）
など厳罰が下される見込み。選手村への入村は出場する競技開始５日前からで、競技終了後２日後までに退去。
入国から出国までバブル方式で選手を守る措置が講じられる。「村内で飲酒するには出発前に荷物に詰め、
自国から持ち込む以外に方法はない」という。
一定の距離も守らなければならない中、物理的な距離がさらに縮まりかねない。コンドームも今大会は１５万個が用意された。
担当者は「ＨＩＶ（ヒト免疫不全ウイルス）感染予防の啓発活動を目的に置くもので、村内で使うためのものではない。
母国に持ち帰り啓発をしていただくためのもの」と強調した。
期間中は選手だけでも延べ１万５０００人が滞在。日本代表のあるチーム関係者は「競技が終わって解放された後が心配」

◆ この冬、電力が足りない 大規模停電や料金急騰の恐れも
この冬、深刻な電力不足が心配されている。経済産業省によると、供給の余力を示す予備率が東京電力管内でマイナスの見通しだ。中部や関西、九州など6電力管内の予備率も3%で、安定供給に最低限必要な水準しかない。経産省は近く対策を示し、大手電力会社に供給力を増やすよう求める。
背景には2016年の電力小売り自由化で経営に余裕のなくなった大手電力が、運転にコストがかさむ古い火力発電所を休廃止していることがある。大手電力が期待するほど原発が再稼働していないことも要因だ。供給不足になれば、暮らしや企業の活動に影響を与えるだけに、大手電力は対応が求められる。
全国の需給調整役を担う「電力広域的運営推進機関」の4月末時点のまとめによると、来年2月の需要ピーク時の予備率は、東電管内でマイナス0・3%。マイナスの見通しは、東日本大震災後に電力不足に陥った12年夏の北海道、関西、九州の各電力管内以来だ。
予備率は需要が大きくふくらんだ場合に、どのくらい供給の余力があるかを示すものだ。マイナス見通しでも、実際に電気が足らない状況になると、節電要請など様々な対応をとるので停電は起こりにくい。
ただ、予想外の気候の悪化や発電所のトラブルなどが重なれば、大規模停電が起きる恐れもある。
一部の電気料金が急騰する懸念もある。昨年12月〜今年1月には想定を上回る寒波に、火力発電の燃料の液化天然ガス（LNG）の不足が重なった。卸電力市場の価格は一時、前年同期の10倍以上に高騰。市場から電気を買っている新規参入の電力会社には打撃となった。市場価格と連動する一部の料金プランでは料金が上がり、契約者の負担増につながった。
経産省は、使用量が増える夏と冬の電力需給を、大手電力の管内ごとに検証している。梶山弘志経産相は14日の会見で「夏は安定供給に必要な供給力はかろうじて確保できるが、冬は現時点で東京電力管内で必要な供給力が確保できない」と述べた。
経産省は近く、火力発電所の修繕時期をずらして冬のピーク時に稼働させるなど、供給力の確保策を示す。特に需給が厳しい東電には、自前の電源を持つ事業者や、電気の使用を控える事業者を早めに探しておくことも求める方針だ。家庭や企業には省エネを促し、本格的な節電要請は今後の状況を見て検討する。

電動車椅子を使う川崎市在住のコラムニスト伊是名夏子（いぜななつこ）さん（３９）が先月、ＪＲ東日本に無人駅での移動介助をいったん断られた経緯をブログで問題提起をしたところ、激しいバッシングを浴びた。市内の障害者たちは、声を上げた当事者を「クレーマー」となじる背景に、無自覚な障害者差別があると指摘する。 （山本哲正）
階段しかない無人駅は本当に困ります。高齢者にとっても大変でしょう」と伊是名さんに共感したのは、脳性まひによる肢体不自由で車椅子で生活している多摩区の松浦明美さん（６１）。自らも路線バス乗車時に運転手にシートベルトを強く装着され肋骨（ろっこつ）を折る交通トラブルを経験している。
障害者差別解消法（二〇一六年施行）は、障害者ではない人と等しく尊厳を重んじられる権利を明記。バリアフリーの合理的配慮を民間事業者の努力義務としており、さらに義務化する改正案も国会で審議中だ。だが、松浦さんは今回の問題で社会の理解が進んでいないと痛感した。
ツイッターでは「もっと早く介助依頼をすべきだ」など、伊是名さんへの非難が相次いだが、松浦さんは「障害者はペコペコしなければいけませんか？」と嘆く。「自分で選んで、障害を持って生まれてきたわけではないのです。障害者が一歩下がって『電車に乗りたい』と事前連絡するとして、でも、もし急に子どもの迎えを求められたり、親が危篤といった場合、（車椅子を使わない）皆さんも一日我慢していられますか？」
川崎市では脳性まひ者の団体「青い芝の会」が、車椅子の乗車拒否を繰り返した路線バスに抗議した「川崎バス闘争」（一九七七年）など、交通バリアフリーを求める闘いが繰り広げられてきた。

障害者の地域活動支援センター「ＧＤＰかわさき」（多摩区）も、誰もが市バスを安全に利用できるよう市に働き掛けている。「車椅子であろうとベビーカー、高齢者であろうと、です」と強調するのは、相談支援専門員で自らも車椅子を利用する佐藤紀喜さん（５５）。「伊是名さんの、訴えていることは、私たちと同じと思いました」
センターでも以前、市バスに改善を求めた際に、否定的な意見が多く寄せられたことがあった。
障害者本人にも家族にも、周囲の人たちにも「障害者は世に出ていい存在ではなく、施しを受けて暮らしていく存在との考え方が脈々と受け継がれている」と、根深い差別を指摘する。
二〇一六年に相模原市で起きた津久井やまゆり園事件では、植松聖死刑囚の差別思想に加え、裁判での匿名審理に「障害者が見えない存在にされている」との声も上がった。教育行政でも障害児を分けて教育する考え方が根強く、相互理解を滞らせている。「この国は、いまだに障害者のことを理解できない社会環境にある。否定的な意見を述べる人たちを責めて終わりという話ではないのです」
◆「乗車拒否」ブログをめぐるバッシング問題
４月、静岡県熱海市の来宮（きのみや）神社へ１泊２日で出かけた伊是名さんは乗り換えのＪＲ小田原駅で、最寄りの来宮駅は階段がある無人駅と伝えられ、降車時の介助を依頼。約１時間の交渉にも「案内できない」と断られた。だが、途中の熱海駅で駅員が同行し、結果的に介助を得られた。この経緯を「久々の乗車拒否にあった」とブログにつづり、「誰でも安心できる公共交通機関になってほしい」と問題提起すると、ツイッターなどで「事前に連絡をすべきだ」「駅員の業務を妨げている」など、伊是名さんへの激しいバッシングが起こった。

Amazingly enough, the village looked as if it remained what it used to be a century ago. At the same time, I was perplexed by the lingering stares that the villagers, especially female ones, gave me.
After half an hour's stroll, I saw the man whom I had never expected to encounter in such a countryside―the Western man with eyes in the same colour as mine.
He seemed to have lost the vigour and sanity, and though about forty, he had something that reminded me of a man of senile dementia. He suddenly approached me and, looking around us to see if any other was watching, shouted,
"You'd better leave here right now. Beat it, or THEY will catch you! THEY are...EH-AHHHH!!"
I returned to the bus stop only to find that, by bad luck, the last bus had broken down and I was obliged to stay in an inn there. In the inn midnight, I was awakened by weird whispers behind the door.
The next moment, the door being broken open, there came three girls or four without any clothing into the room. And one of them screamed, "Fuck me!"
When, jumping down through the window, I was desperately fleeing the cursed village, fortunately, a lorry bound to Tottori picked me up. Even now I shiver to imagine that, if I had failed to escape, they might have made me a slave like as that white guy.,

お笑いコンビEXITのりんたろー。さんが、NHKの報道番組『ニュースウオッチ９』に出演し、政府コロナ分科会の尾身茂会長と対談した。対談では、りんたろー。さんが「（若い人の間で）緊急事態宣言が出ているか、出ていないか知らない子も多い。これが現状なんだと思います」と危機感をあらわにする場面があった。

りんたろー。さんは、5月28日に放送された『ニュースウオッチ９』で政府の新型コロナウイルス感染症対策分科会の尾身会長と対談。
普段、若い世代の意見を聞く機会がないという尾身会長。番組では、対談前に「我々に文句を言いたいこともあるんじゃないか」と心配する様子も放送された。
対談の主なテーマとなったのが、若い世代に新型コロナへの危機感をどう伝えるか、ということだ。
尾身会長は、「気がつかないうちに若い人が感染の伝播に関与しているので、（対策を）よろしくお願いしますとかなり丁寧に自分としては言ったつもりなんだけど」と述べ、若者にメッセージが伝わっていないことへの懸念をりんたろー。さんに伝えた。
りんたろー。さんは、 「国民に対する負担が大きくね？という気持ちもどこかにあるかもしれません」と指摘し、「いまお願いベースで、1年我慢してきた人たちに何かを問いかける。“わかりました、じゃあ家にいます”ってすごく難しいことだと思っている」と、『緩み』が生じてしまう現状について率直な意見を吐露した。

また、「興味深いコンテンツが増えすぎて、こちらが求めなくても入ってくるものが多い」とも述べ、「こんだけニュースでやっていても、今の若い子、緊急事態宣言が出ているか出ていないのか、知らない子多いですね。外に出て居酒屋がやっていない、なんだこれみたいなことなんですよね」と、政府の呼びかけが若者に届いていない危機感も露わにした。
これには尾身会長も驚いた様子で、「緊急事態宣言が出ていることも知らない？」と聞き返す場面も。
りんたろー。さんは「僕も驚くんですけど、それだけの興味のレベルになってしまっているんだという、これが現状なんだと思いますね」と強調した。
